Site Engineer (Civil): Regular B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Site Engineer (Electrical): Regular B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Sr. Associate (OS) โ Finance: CA/CMA, MBA Finance or postgraduate qualification in the relevant discipline.
Sr. Associate (OS) โ HR: MBA HR or postgraduate qualification in HR.
Sr. Associate (OS) โ Law: Three-year LLB or five-year integrated Law degree.
Sr. Associate (OS) โ IT: MCA or B.Tech in Computer Science/IT.
Jr. Engineer (Civil): Three-year regular Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Assistant (OS): Graduation in any discipline and computer typing speed of 50 WPM.

Salary / Pay Scale
Site Engineer (Civil/Electrical) and Sr. Associate posts: โน33,750 per month. Jr. Engineer (Civil): โน25,650 per month. Assistant (OS) and Assistant (OS) โ Finance: โน25,000 per month. Additional benefits include the employer's 12% Provident Fund contribution and a fixed medical allowance of โน1,250 per month. An additional 12.5% is applicable for contractual employees posted in the North East Region and 5% for those posted in Bangalore, as specified in the recruitment conditions. Higher remuneration may be considered based on relevant experience.
