Details
Preliminary exam: 100 questions for 100 marks, OMR-based. Wrong answers attract a penalty of one-fourth of the marks for that question. Subjects include modern Indian history, with emphasis on Maharashtra; geography; Indian and government economy; current affairs; polity; general science; arithmetic; and reasoning/intelligence test. The exam is followed by the main examination for qualifying candidates.
