Amount / Benefits
₹50,000 per year towards eligible educational expenses, subject to the scheme rules and remaining course duration.
Eligibility
Students in AICTE-approved regular degree/diploma courses who meet one of the prescribed conditions: orphaned; either or both parents died due to COVID-19; ward of Armed Forces or Central Paramilitary Forces personnel martyred in action; or a parent has a critical life-threatening disease or died or became severely disabled in an accident, as defined in the guidelines. Annual family income must not exceed ₹8 lakh. Students receiving a Central Government, State Government or AICTE-sponsored scholarship are excluded under the published rules.
