1. Associate Engineer Grade II
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering in Civil, Mechanical, Welding, NDT, Electrical or Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in construction-related activities of Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power Plant or Nuclear Plant projects.
2. Associate Engineer Grade III
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering in Civil, Mechanical, Welding, NDT, Electrical or Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks.
Experience Required: Minimum 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience in construction-related activities of Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power Plant or Nuclear Plant projects.
3. Associate Engineer Grade IV
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering in Civil, Mechanical, Welding, NDT, Electrical or Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks.
Experience Required: Minimum 13 years of relevant post-qualification experience in construction-related activities of Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power Plant or Nuclear Plant projects.
4. Associate Officer Grade II
Qualification and Experience: (A) Graduate in Arts/Commerce/Science with Diploma in Materials Management plus minimum 14 years of relevant post-qualification experience; OR (B) Engineering Diploma plus Diploma in Materials Management and minimum 13 years of relevant experience; OR (C) Degree in any Engineering discipline plus Diploma in Materials Management and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Important: For Welding/NDT candidates, the notification requires a Mechanical Engineering degree with minimum 60% marks and ASNT/ISNT Level-II certificate in RT/UT/DPT/MPT. Relevant experience and qualification cut-off date is 30/09/2026.

Selection Process
1. Online application and registration.
2. Screening of applications and eligibility certificates.
3. Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview.
4. Interview venue: EIL offices at Gurugram, Mumbai, Chennai or Kolkata.
5. Interview schedule will be communicated by email; candidates must bring the required original documents and six printed application copies.

3. Complete online registration and enter qualification and experience details accurately.
4. Upload your recent photograph and signature.
5. Submit the form by 02 November 2026 at 2:00 PM. Take six printed copies, attach photographs and bring them with original certificates and self-attested photocopies to the interview. Do not send the application printout by post.
Required Documents & Important Instructions
1. Six copies of the submitted online application with recent colour photographs.
2. Government-issued photo ID and date-of-birth proof.
3. Educational marksheets and passing certificates.
4. Proof of CGPA-to-percentage conversion, where applicable.
5. Original experience certificates showing joining date, separation date and nature of work.
6. SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD/Ex-Servicemen certificates, wherever applicable.
7. No Objection Certificate for candidates working in Government or Autonomous organisations.
8. Self-attested photocopy set of the supporting documents.
